Chef and founder Marcus Calloway spent a decade cooking in Michelin-starred restaurants across California before returning to Newport Beach — where he grew up — to open something more personal. Every dish on our menu starts with a conversation — with the farmers in Irvine and Temecula, the fishermen in Dana Point, and the ranchers in the San Bernardino foothills who supply our kitchen each week. We write our menus around what arrives at our back door, not the other way around.
